Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Sehat Wellness (“Sehat Wellness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or receiving any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Sehat Wellness provides wellness-focused massage services and body grooming/trimming services.

Massage services are intended for relaxation and general wellness. Body grooming services consist of trimming only and do not include waxing, laser hair removal, or other permanent hair-removal procedures.

2. Non-RMT Services

Sehat Wellness is not a Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) clinic, and services provided by Sehat Wellness are not Registered Massage Therapy.

Clients are responsible for confirming with their insurance provider whether any service is eligible for reimbursement. Sehat Wellness does not guarantee insurance coverage or reimbursement.

3. Appointments

Appointments are available by advance booking. Clients are expected to arrive on time and provide accurate contact and booking information.

Late arrival may reduce the available service time. The full appointment fee may still apply.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information relevant to their appointment and inform the practitioner of any condition, injury, allergy, medication, or other circumstance that may affect the safety or suitability of a service.

Sehat Wellness reserves the right to decline or discontinue a service where it is reasonably determined that continuing may be unsafe or inappropriate.

5. Professional Conduct

All services must be conducted in a respectful and professional manner.

Sehat Wellness maintains a strict policy against inappropriate, sexual, abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour. Any such behaviour may result in immediate termination of the appointment without refund.

6. Body Grooming Services

Body grooming services are limited to trimming using appropriate grooming equipment.

These services do not include waxing, sugaring, threading, laser hair removal, shaving of sensitive areas, or other permanent or semi-permanent hair-removal procedures unless specifically stated in the service description.

Clients are responsible for informing the practitioner of any skin sensitivity, irritation, cuts, infections, or other skin concerns before treatment.

7. Payments

Payment is due according to the payment terms presented at the time of booking or service.

Prices may change from time to time. The applicable price will be the price confirmed at the time of booking.

8. Cancellations and No-Shows

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to the applicable cancellation or no-show charge.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

9. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while attending an appointment. Sehat Wellness is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal property.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Sehat Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service where there is a reasonable concern regarding safety, inappropriate conduct, intoxication, harassment, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

11. Changes to These Terms

Sehat Wellness reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this website with the applicable effective date.

12. Acceptance

By booking or receiving services from Sehat Wellness, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
